Flowers in blue

I have my first rooftop cornflower (and shoo-fly, so we finally have a touch of blue in amidst all the reds, orange and yellows) -- and my first set towel-tomato!

And with the first Oriental poppies opening last week we have now duly achieved all five colours of poppy at once :-)
The new rocket is coming up. Zero sign of germination amongst the saved nasturtium and coriander seed, though, which is a bit worrying from the point of view of next year. I shall probably get seed from this year's plants -- I already have some forming on the nasturtiums -- but not only is the commercial seed getting older and older, it is also diminishing in quantity...

And nothing from the pink Swan River daisies, so I think that genetic variety has gone, along with the Argyanthemum. Possibly just as well if I am going to keep accumulating new things, although I'm a bit sorry to lose *both* pink-daisy varieties :-(

WE got our rocket in very late, but I'm hoping it will come up with its usual speed.
