We seek it here, we seek it there... the return of the elusive yellow poppy! (The Cumbrian variety, not the fanfic, which is not doing so well; I'm thinking about deleting another chunk of embellishment to try to get back to the original concept, but that won't leave much...)


If only I knew how to propagate it reliably, instead of getting it popping up intermittently from among the roots of the rose.
