Date: 2023-06-17 10:40 pm (UTC)But I feel a certain responsibility to this one as it is descended from a plant that I rescued from severe neglect last year and that produced a handful of fruit... so I am seeing if it will breed true, at least. It looks so far as if it may, since the baby tomatoes are the authentic Roma shape.
The question is how big it will get and how well it will deal with baking hot conditions -- the cherry tomatoes I experimented with last year simply stopped flowering/setting fruit when the heatwave hit :-(
