Strawberry mini-trifle

I had an egg left over after my soufflé experiments, so I chopped up some strawberries, macerated them for a while (I should probably have used some shredded mint leaves too), and made a mini-trifle with a drop of whipped cream. At least very small quantities of custard cool down nice and quickly!
