Coreopsis

Apparently this mystery flower was Coreopsis tinctoria, an American wildflower (although it's not listed on the Flowers for Birds packet... but then I don't think any of those things have come up apart from flax (and it was supposed to be Linum rubrum!))



The Swan River daisies are still not *quite* flowering... the dark-leaf chilli seems to be putting out purple flower buds ;-)
