Gingerbread mug cake
19 December 2019 11:20 pmRandom cycle computer mileage, just to see how much it has changed since last time: 1489.8 (another hundred miles in seven weeks).
Ten miles homeward against the wind is no fun, especially when everyone else still on the road at this time of year appears to be insanely fit and dedicated and have a very lightweight bicycle...

Interesting that they suggest putting a sprinkle of pepper in it; I did, although I don't know if it would have made any difference if I had left it out. I did leave out the salt, as I'd used salted butter.
