I tend to go for 'lightweight but covering up as much as possible' --
I really don't like having to cover myself with sun-tan lotion (and
then wash it off again) all the time. Hence loose clothing, Really Big
Hats, etc..
Short sleeves and shorts, ironically, are only practical when the sun
isn't out (but it's still humid), or when I'm going to be spending
most of the time indoors!
