I think it was actually one of those big plastic boxes of half a dozen plums -- so quite deep. It makes for a relatively large tub in terms of my collection of very assorted pots (the bonsai birch, just now coming into leaf, is in a much shallower tray!)
But in terms of a full-sized bush it is undoubtedly tiny.
