No, definitely not the right way round: I had entirely the wrong mental image. Wrong ethnicit[ies], wrong scenary, wrong language, wrong side of the continent(!)
Well, I now know an awful lot more about the history of the Wild Coast, though none of it is relevant to this particular story...
