I hear you. I'd a bummer that our most comfy clothes are at their comfiest just before they disintergrate, isn't it?
I had to buy a nightie for my hopsital visit in May since it wasto have the hip done - I simply grabbed the first two in the discount shop that weren't too ghastly and they have turned out to be the most soft and comfortable I've ever worn. Went back afterwards to try and get another one or two to keep (discount = will fall apart sooner rather than later) but they'd a'll gone :(
