The Daroga is a pretty tough chap in this version -- chief of
security in a police state isn't a fluffy role (even if, for reasons
that have to do with Erik, he is now an ex chief of
security...)
Yes, I suppose this is the first time we've actually seen Erik from
the outside, as opposed to inhabiting his headspace or hearing his
disembodied voice. He's not exactly social in this universe, but he
is a commander of men in his way (although not along the lines of
Captain Erik Sebella ;-p)
