Which toadflax?
Purple toadflax is tall (and very pretty) and seeds like wildfire.
Ivy leaf toadflax is ground hugging and pretty and likes dry corners, and doesn't seed as fast, but is still a good spreader.
I tolerate both to a degree, but half our street now has self seeded purple toadflax!
