I stopped growing evening primrose because the seedlings got too invasive, but the little yellow Welsh poppies self seed in just the right quantity for me. And occasionally an opium poppy comes up in a handy place when I'm not expecting it.

I used to get a lot of self seeded red poppies, but haven't seen any for several years. But the yellow ones suit that particular corner of the garden better in any case.
